Designed in DeskArtes the aim was to create a multi-functional piece of oven to tableware.

This piece performs well in the oven with features like the ridged lid, which allows steam to condense and drip back into the dish thus helping to reduce spillage and cook the food more efficiently. It also looks good on the table where the main dish can stand on the lid thus making for more elegant serving.

The multi-functionality and cost effectiveness of the piece is further enhanced with the lid working as an open roaster in its own right.
